Since the beginning of November, weather conditions are ideal for most veggies. Our farms are in full swing in terms of product offerings, but not yet maximized due to the current situation in Thailand. On top of our regular products we have started new trials to follow suit with customer requirements. During cold months, less fruits are available, but we will keep on supplying citrus (Lemon, Tahiti lime and lime), bananas and mulberry occasionally.
We have had our first harvest of pink pomelos and pink grapefruits. Not too bad, but not yet where we would like it to be in terms of fruit quality and taste. The harvest of coffee beans has started and will last until end of December. We pay extreme care to the beans selection and only harvest the ripe ones, meaning we visit our trees about 5 to 6 times. This is quite a lengthy process, but ensures a high quality end product.
